We clarify the details
We go through the quotes, translate the industry shorthand, and make sure you know exactly what's included — and what's not — before you decide anything.
We introduce you
We connect you directly with the agency that best matches your trip. From here, you talk to them, you book with them, you pay them. You're always in control.
And if something doesn't feel right after the introduction? Tell us. We'll refine the search.
After we make the introduction
The agency we connect you with will reach out to you directly. You talk to them, ask your own questions, and decide if it feels right.
When you're ready, you book and pay the agency directly. Your payment, your reservation, your contract — all between you and them.
We step back at this point. But if something feels off, or the agency isn't what you expected, let us know. We're not going to leave you stuck.
How long does it take?
We aim to have an introduction ready within 2–3 business days after we receive your requirements and payment. The full timeline depends on how quickly you and the agency move forward — but our part is measured in days, not weeks.

Yes. If you have someone in mind, include their name when you share your plans. We'll include them in our outreach.
What if I don't like the agency you connect me with?
Our work is about finding the right match. If something doesn't feel right, tell us why and we'll refine the search. We want you to book with confidence, not settle.
What information do I need to provide upfront?
Your travel dates (or preferred window), approximate budget, number of travellers, preferred region or atoll if you have one, and any must-haves — overwater villa, all-inclusive, specific resort features. Whatever you know.
Who handles my booking and payment?
You and the agency — directly. We make the introduction and help clarify the details. Your payment and contract are between you and the agency you choose.
